Claire is a graduate of Villanova University where she studied nursing. She has always loved to paint and draw. Studying art has always been her passion. She later pursued design at the University of Maryland and Mount Vernon College.

She is an experienced muralist and interior designer in the Washington, D.C. area for the past 25 years, and is currently focusing all her energies on painting.

Her oil paintings are executed exclusively with a palette knife, creating a unique style of vibrant colors

and dynamic textures. Claire is the grateful recipient of several awards in the Washington, D.C. area and her work has been published in major periodicals. She is a member of the "Potomac Artists in Touch" (PAinT) and a member of the "Countryside Artisans Studio Tour".
